Shervin Bakhtiari

Shervin is Chief Strategy Officer at Wisp, a WELL Health company and leading D2C women’s health
digital platform that has grown into a ~CAD$100M business and has served more than 1.8 million U.S.
patients. He leads key strategic initiatives to drive revenue diversification and new growth engines
across digital and hybrid-care partnerships, corporate development/M&A, and responsible enterprise AI
enablement to support operational scale.
Previously, Shervin served as COO of Wisp, where he scaled operations across business operations,
pharmacy, clinical ops, compliance, product development and launch, and patient success. Before that,
he served as GM of Digital Apps at WELL Health, overseeing a portfolio of virtual care platforms (Wisp &
Circle Medical in the U.S., and Tia Health in Canada) as well as digital health applications supporting
clinical operations and digital transformation.
With more than two decades of experience across technology, digital health, innovation
commercialization, and M&A, Shervin has worked with startups, enterprises, and investors across global
markets. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of British
Columbia.
