Louisa joined Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust through the Wingman project during the beginning of the Pandemic. At the time, she was furloughed from her role as Cabin Crew with Virgin Atlantic, who she was with for 15 years.
The Wingman Project was a volunteering role to help all NHS staff to offer refreshments and a support mechanism when they had downtime from their busy work schedules. From this introduction to Healthcare, Louisa started her role as a trainer working with Teletracking across both sites.
With customer service experience and previous ability to train for Paediatric first aid courses to parents and carers, she has applied this to implement the Teletracking system.
Louisa has now become the Training Lead, she has supported the deployment, embedding and ongoing continuous improvement of the system and the forth coming developments.
