Katie Gosling

Katie is the Strategy and Improvement Director in the New Hospital Programme and has 30 years experience focusing on delivering projects with the aim of transforming public services.

Making a difference matters to Katie, her career has been built on listening to understand and learn, how the built environment can help drive positive outcomes for all. Katie leads with kindness and values this in others, which has supported her successful management of teams within a number of complex programmes.

Making a difference has spanned across multiple schools’ programmes standardising delivery, construction of the first combined blue light campus ( South Park, Lincoln), transforming property portfolio management and of course supporting hospitals schemes across the country over the past 7 years in the NHS.

Katie’s key skills are strategic thinking, major programme delivery, financial management, leadership and management, negotiation, change management, contract management, land and planning expertise and cross organisational relationships. Out of work , Katie loves playing in her netball team the ‘Untouchaballs’ and open water swimming throughout the year. (No wetsuits allowed!)
