Dr. Lynda Keaveney is Group Healthcare Officer at Vhi, where she provides clinical leadership and insight to Vhi’s healthcare strategy. She also oversees the development and delivery of a portfolio of strategic healthcare programmes and care pathways, focused on improving the long-term health outcomes of Vhi members.
Previously as Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Keaveney led the rollout of Vhi’s Electronic Medical Record system and the opening of the Vhi 360 Health Centre in Galway. These milestones reflect Vhi’s continued investment in modern, scalable, and sustainable healthcare infrastructure.
With over 25 years experience, Dr. Keaveney has held senior clinical and governance roles in Ireland, Canada, and Qatar. Her international experience includes leading quality improvement and patient safety programmes, implementing virtual care models, and developing clinical audit and performance review systems. She is also deeply committed to medical education and has contributed to training programmes for clinicians and medical students across multiple institutions.
