Dr. Laura Cullen is Director of Women’s Health at the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP), where she provides national leadership on the development, delivery and advancement of women’s health in primary care. A practising GP, Dr. Cullen brings extensive frontline experience to her role, with a strong focus on improving access to high‑quality, evidence‑based care for women across all stages of life.

In her leadership position at the ICGP, Dr. Cullen works closely with clinicians, policymakers and healthcare stakeholders to support education, training and service development in women’s health, ensuring that general practice is equipped to meet evolving patient needs. Her work champions a holistic, patient‑centred approach, recognising the critical role of primary care in addressing health inequalities and improving outcomes for women nationwide.
