Bhavesh Barot currently leads the UK & Ireland region at Medtronic, the global leader in healthcare technology, as Regional Vice President, uniting its people and extensive product portfolio to deliver the Medtronic Mission — to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
With over 16 years’ global experience in Medtech, Bhavesh built his career within the Surgical Innovations business, joining Medtronic (then Tyco Healthcare) in 2005. Developing a rich experience in the industry, Bhavesh held many roles in sales and marketing in the UK & Ireland before moving with his family to Switzerland in 2009.
Since then, Bhavesh has led teams across the world to drive the advancement and adoption of the latest technologies, firstly within the European market, and then within emerging markets after moving to Dubai in 2017. Before returning to the UK, Bhavesh held the position of Senior Director, CEMA, APAC, and Russia for the Surgical Innovations business.
