Alex Mann is a Senior Product Development Executive helping build the future of connected cardiac care at Medtronic. He leads Patient Care Systems for Cardiac Rhythm Management, where software, cloud platforms, data, AI, cybersecurity, design, product management, and global engineering come together to support millions of patients and the clinicians who care for them.

Alex’s career has been built around transforming complex technology into platforms that scale. Before Medtronic, he helped grow and modernise digital ecosystems across Garmin, Resideo, RSM, Capgemini, AT&T, and Harte Hanks — spanning connected devices, IoT, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, AI, data science, and global software engineering.

At Garmin, he helped scale digital platforms from hundreds to more than 15,000 nodes and helped grow Garmin Connect from roughly 200,000 users to more than 16 million. At Resideo, he helped transform connected smart home platforms into award-winning digital product ecosystems. Now at Medtronic, that same product and technology leadership is being applied to one of the most meaningful challenges in the world: helping extend and improve human life through connected care.
