Dr Chris McBrearty recently launched Strive Clinic, a new outpatient clinic offering rehabilitation, health and life-improving services for people living with complex medical conditions. Strive Clinic specialises in:

• Heart Health & Weight Management
• Bone Health
Chris has spent the last 10 years working clinically at various levels within the Irish health system. He also has experience in health service development both at home in Ireland and in developing countries of West Africa. He is an alumnus of the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG), the London School of Economics and the BioInnovate Ireland Fellowship.
Chris qualified as a medical doctor at NUIG Medical School and has spent time as a medical student at the Cleveland Clinic and the Mayo Clinic, USA. He was a BioInnovate Ireland Fellow at NUI, Galway in 2012/2013 during which time he focused on medical technology innovation in the fields of urology & radiation oncology. BioInnovate Ireland is an affiliate programme of Stanford Biodesign.
Chris is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the Royal College of Physicians of the UK. He is also a Member of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. He holds a Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists.
