She returned home as a freelance dietitian, developing wellness campaigns within Aer Lingus, primary and secondary schools in addition to providing individual tailored nutritional advice to her own clients.
Throughout my 14 years as a dietitian I have gained considerable experience across a wide field of dietetics – and life! I developed an understanding of a variety of cultures and a keen interest in how people think and behave when it comes to food.
My aim is to always provide appropriate and accurate advice, both verbal and written, in an easy to understand, interesting and informative manner.
I derive great satisfaction from helping people achieve their goals in a practical and enjoyable way and I believe that improving one’s relationship with food is the key to achieving optimal health.
